SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for ordering from Bushido Journal. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the processing and delivery of your order.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. We are unable to ship to countries currently embargoed or restricted by the United Kingdom government, where our print and fulfillment partner is based.

If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please proceed to checkout and enter your address. If your country is not supported, the system will let you know.

PROCESSING TIME

Our journals are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment after the order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times by region are:

- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 5-10 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10-21 business days
- Rest of world: 10-25 business days

These estimates do not include the 1-3 business day processing time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, or factors outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

- United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.
- All other countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination address.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [your support email].

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@bushido.com. Be sure to include your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For international orders, please allow additional time for customs clearance before reporting your package as lost.

Bushido Journal is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received. In these cases, please first contact your local carrier office and check with neighbors before reaching out to us.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order. We are unable to modify orders that have already shipped.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your journal arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [your support email] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Bushido Journal has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount, as they vary by country and are based on local regulations. We recommend checking with your country's customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

If you refuse a package due to unexpected customs charges, the package may be returned to sender or destroyed by the carrier. Refunds in these cases will be issued at our discretion and may exclude shipping costs already incurred.
